Dr. Tali Yariv-Mashal

Dr. Tali Yariv-Mashal is a lawyer and a doctor of educational policy. Former CEO of the Bracha Foundation, a philanthropic foundation that deals with the fields of education, environment and culture. During her tenure, the foundation established educational entrepreneurship programs for teachers and administrators, including the "Mafresh" program, the "Foundation for Encouraging Entrepreneurship" program, "Mindset" and more, and promoted urban sustainability and high-quality and diverse original cultural creation. She served as chair of the Foundations Forum, a professional community of women and professionals from approximately 100 philanthropic foundations active in Israel. She teaches at the School of Public Policy at the Hebrew University and conducts research on the management of philanthropic foundations and social organizations.
