Dr. Nadiv Mordechai
Postdoctoral Research Fellow, Minerva Center for the Rule of Law in Extreme Situations, University of Haifa

Dr. Nadiv Mordechai is a postdoctoral research fellow at the Minerva Center for the Rule of Law in Extreme Situations at the University of Haifa; and a research fellow at the Rubinstein Center for Constitutional Challenges at Reichman University. His areas of interest are constitutional theory, comparative constitutional studies, constitutional and administrative law, judicial review, and informal constitutional change. His doctoral dissertation, 'Informal Constitutional Change after the Constitutional Revolution' dealt with institutional change in the power relations between the executive and the judiciary after the constitutional revolution. Nadiv has published several articles and policy studies at various levels, and has research and professional experience in policy processes and democratization processes from a decade of membership at the Israel Democracy Institute. Nadiv completed his three degrees at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem; interned at the Supreme Court and the Office of the Attorney General; and served as a visiting scholar at NYU Law School.
