Dr. Roy Peled

Dr. Roy Peled is a senior lecturer in constitutional and administrative law at the Haim Stricks School of Law in the College of Administration. His doctoral dissertation dealt with the topic of "Fairness in the Media: Between Rights, Duties and Interests" and his research concerns issues of transparency in government, the media and commercial entities as well as integrity and fairness in public discourse, academia and law. He was a guest lecturer at Columbia University, the University of California, Berkeley and several universities in Europe. In the past, Roy worked both in the Knesset and the government and in the third sector as CEO and Chairman of the Freedom of Information Movement and a member of the board of several other civil society organizations.
