Attorney Tali Nir

Attorney Tali Nir is a social entrepreneur, lawyer, and journalist. She initiated and led civic initiatives to advance legislation and social policy, including: institutionalizing grants and unemployment benefits for those laid off from the October 2023 War and those laid off from the Corona pandemic, convincing the state to invest in education for children ages birth to three, ending water cuts for the poor, including dental care for children in the health basket, and more.


Attorney Tali Nir has done this in her various roles, and since 2017 as the founding CEO of the 121 – Motor Association. For change Social , a non-partisan, non-profit organization. Between 2006 and 2017, Tali served as Deputy Director of the Association for Civil Rights and managed the Department of Social and Economic Rights and the Department of Public Activity. Previously, she served as a legal assistant for the State Attorney's Office, as a legal reporter, editor and presenter for Channel 2 News and Galei Tzahal. She holds a bachelor's degree in law, and master's degrees in law, economics, and public international law.
