Prof. Assaf Sharon

Assaf Sharon is a professor of philosophy at Tel Aviv University and head of its PPE (Philosophy, Politics, Economics) program. His scholarly interests include the ethics of political philosophy and the theory of knowledge and rationality. His current research focuses on authority, democracy, and manipulation. In addition to academic publications, he has published articles in the New York Review of Books, Liberties, The Boston Review, and various other publications. He is also a co-founder and senior fellow at Molad: The Center for the Renewal of Israeli Democracy and advises various political and social leaders and organizations.
